Would you recommend an anime that you don't like?

I wouldn't do that usually but if I don't like some anime just because it's got too much gore and such, then I would recommend them to others, along with my personal opinion.
What about you guys?

If it was a show that just wasn’t for me, but I can tell it still has quality to it, I’ll recommend it.
