Would you play classic games on new gen?

If you were given the chance to would you ever play a classic game on the newer generation consoles such as the PS4 and Xbox One? Classic games include titles like Super Mario and maybe even GTA 3 and Vice City. Personally I would love to be able to play games like GTA Vice City on the PS4
 
Not really, since I am not a console fan. I would love to play older games on my PC though. There was this awesome strategy game called 'Throne of Darkness' back in 2005, but it is not compatible with any of the present day operating systems.
