what would you say to this? would you agree? or would you want them to be overpowered like always?

The whole point of the show is that they’re all basically garbage characters. This is why they’re so lovable.

and i don't like characters like that and that's just me. i would like some good characters in every anime i watch

may be lol but you need to understand that, i don't like characters who act just cute.
but you are right. without watching i really shouldn't make any statements and an anime

i find dere actors this way
people don't think they are annoying but i think they are because they are trying to win others by acting that way
