Without abilities stolen from other, is Chrollo Lucifer still a formidable fighter?

I'm guessing that this is about hunterx hunter
I haven't seen or read that yet so I honestly have no idea who this Lucifer person is :P

i don't think he can do much.
he looked weak to me and unless i see him with his full power i can't say he is a good fighter
