Why so many people complain about ecchi in Anime but not ecchi in Live Action films?

what are your thoughts on this?
why is it alright in live action but not in anime lol. and for me, i don't want to watch echi in public so a headsup would be great for it.
 
I think it's an animation bias. People always seem to view animation in general as kid-friendly so when there is something that isn't kid friendly in animation people always react more aggressive towards it.

I agree with this statement.
People have prejudice for anime and they don't know much about genres before deciding something is kid friendly or not.
