why is big mom struggling to go to raftel?

she has the map and she is very strong. why didn't she go to raftel herself? why did she sit around and wait for others to go after raftel and one piece first? is she still waiting for something to happen?

she could get it easily and unlike luffy she wouldn't struggle much and which moves to my first question, why she didn't put any effort into it. it is as if she is waiting for something to happen.

Not really obviously everyone has been looking for it but they haven't been able to find it. Though @Sindar you can answer it in a better way since I'm not sure either.

i didn't think it would be very hard but for what i have seen, one piece isn't getting much attention because it's hard to obtain.
 
Madara's right, Big Mom doesn't have the map, and she doesn't even have anyone who could read the poneglyphs, not yet anyway. I am pretty sure she put tons of effort into getting to Raftel, but it is not that easy.

everyone knows about robin and she is very famous. big mom never tried to nab her and until now, no one came after robin after cp 0 team. but as you said she might have tried something else.

even then everyone knows that she is with luffy and there were plenty of chances for anyone to nab her. it is told in this arc that someone would be aiming to get robin but luffy would save her. robin should have taught others how to read ponyglyphs
