Why do you think Shonen have more popularity than Seinen?

I get the impression that Seinen have far less popularity than Shonen.
Seinen get less anime adaptation and attention. Be real, talk about popularity? Faraway.. Shonen tend to get global and massive popularity easier. Why do you think this happened?
 
I think shonen deals with more subjects (Flashy fights, heroes, epic moments) that just comes across better with more people.
 
Seinen is over-rated in my opinion half the time it's pretentious and it's "deep" but it's boring and dumb. At least shonen is true to its genre, which is about having great fights and dealing with stuff like friendship, determination, etc.

I used to enjoy those thing too
 
Well, may be because of the authors and the writing style.
Or may be because of the people who eventually lose interest as they get old.

What with the writing style? I do agree with the second reason
 
It's got too many unethical anime and you can't get the audience interest with only that.
You need comedy, a good enough story, some good plot twists. Not just dark plot twists

Some Seinen have good story too, but i do agree it lacking comedy, and they spice thing up with mature content

Just fan service won't do much man.
They need a good story and some good characters to make everything work. If fanservice is all people need, they could always opt for fairy tail

They have good story and characters. Name it.. Monster, I am a Hero, A message from Johny, Homunculus, Inuyashiki, Gantz, Bartender, Battle Royale. And i've heard that 20th Century Boys and 21st Century Boys are good, i'll begin to read them shortly

I don't think their stories are very unique man.
I used to think they are all good but, even better anime keep airing one after the other

is it a long manga? if there is an anime adaptation for it, many people would be interested in watching it

Very long, about 200 chapters
I don't think there is manga adaptation from it
