Why do people have similar eyes in anime?

Only the color changes man.
All the characters got the same eyes and it wouldn't even dinner with gender. Why is that?
 
Lazy or corner cutting manga/anime drawers? Unless its said in the series itself, can't be detailed on everything.

I think so man.
They can draw round eyes, big eyes, small and many more but they won't choose them
 
look at saitama's eyes.
they are weird and they don't look like the eyes that you described
they are very round just like his head
 
i agree with poseidon.
i haven't remembered hunter x hunter but the art style isn't like the other manga in it

You are right man.
If you keep Hunter x Hunter aside you wouldn't find many anime with different eyes. It's cool to see new eyes
 
Well, I have't really observed much but isn't it because of the mangaka style?
They draw similar faces and eyes.
 
probably yes lol
and i am not sure about that but i think there are many eyes when it comes to anime characters.
