Why do anime use bad english?

what do you say to this? and i am sure it's all normal because it's not their first language
so do you think they need to improve that?
 
Do you mean when they're trying to speak English? I think it's normal. I've never been to japan but I assume if you try speak English to a Japanese person it would be in broken English anyway

that makes sense
the way they speak it, it's funny but i think i am in no position to say that and my englsh isn't perfect too lol

Yeah it's just not a fluent language for a lot of Japanese as far as I know, I think they mostly just know the basics like "Hi, how are you?" etc.

That probably just means they hired someone who's practiced it more.
