Talk about the coolest or prettiest characters is common, let us give appreciation to those who have pretty bad character design/look
 
I don't think anyone could say that man.
Some characters are plain creepy. I wouldn't want to anywhere around Yohan from monster. I don't like light or ryuk

They are good looking, i'm talking about physical attribute
 
I don't think anyone could easily win that title.
There would be many nominations for it. There are many anime with creepy anime characters after all

Orochimaru from Naruto, Caste from fate Zero, Hisoaka from Hunter x Hunter, Ophelia from Claymore, Main protagonist from Accel world.

I would man.. they are ugly and creepy to a fault. But I was made fun of for saying it. So I am trying to not to say the same thing again.

i think so too.
only in their yoma form, they look very only. but in general all the claymore are very pretty and all of them are women

i don't remember their names and isn't galatea sent with claire to defeat a yoma who was very strong and used to be a claymore, himself

i don't get it too much.
then i well enough off base with my characters. i should at least google these characters before i lost my memory completely

When I think of them, I would remember Orochimaru and Hisoka with their tongues out and looking too creepy for words.
As for Ophelia, when she releases her yoma power, she changes a little and that's creepy. The same goes to all the Claymore.

and i didn't think they are so creepy if you ask me and ophilia looks like a yandere to me.
