I'm not sure if you would know her, She is Erza Scarlet.

I find her the hottest among all anime characters, can't say about coolest one.

I would say Ban from 7 deadly sins anime.

At the moment I haven't taken my time to watch more of animé i wouldn't determine how is the coolest or hottest for now.

Avatar Aang in the Last Air Bender ticks it for me as the most coolest character for me in all that I have watched so far. Even when he's got all the powers to be destructive, he's still the playful Aang that annoys in a very funny way.

Yes, I believe that they are listed for sale there but it doesn't mean that you have to buy it from there. There are websites where you can actually download some of them online.
