I would say, all the main protagonists are overrated.

To be honest, all the god like protagonists are overrated.
Excusing me for saying these names. Goku, Naruto, Luffy, Ichigo, Eren and every other protagonist you find in general are overrated.

Not many characters are there like that.
If I have to say then probably Hunter x Hunter protagonists or other gag characters are usually not overrated.

They are not too overrated and they get defeated a lot as well.

Diamon no Ace protagonist, Sawamura as well.

But he sure is very powerful.
I don't think you can calm him a normal protagonist like in HxH

Not at all.
Naruto is very strong and I don't think Yusuke is stronger than him and it's really difficult to compare two protagonists from different anime.
