Ainz from Overlord, Tatsuya from Mahouka, Naruto and Sasuke are omnipotent in the sense that they are extremely over-powered and pretty cool as well.
Others like Rika from Higurashi and Lain from SEL had cool reveals/journeys into becoming one. Madoka as well.

I don't really dislike any character.
He is a perfect antagonist in many ways.
