Yuno from Black clover has a lot going for him with wind magic, even has a wind summon to give him aid.
Naruto I guess, his Rasenshuriken and Fuuton Rasengan are pretty deadly. Not very versatile though.

No Rasengan is just a fast rotating ball of chakra. Rasenshurikan is the wind-based attack. Fuuton Rasengan is something Naruto develops well after he starts using the Rasengan after he's comfortable with it. Fuuton=Wind Release.

Yup like Aang in Avatar. I think Temari is not actually wind user, she use her gigantic fan to create wind, right?
