For me it's a toss up between Rose from how not to summon a demon lord and Mahoromatic.

Not true the servant role shows up in anime and manga quite often the subtle but powerful yet chooses to serve theme. In fact some main characters are servants take Alucard and Sebastian for example or Hayate the combat butler.
