Who do you blame when something annoying happens in your anime/manga?

or do you blame the studio for not modifying it or just the luck lol. and this is for fun
 
No one and it's up to the animators or the author to do what they want.
However, yes I used to feel frustrated at the beginning but not anymore

but most people blame the author and write hate comments towards them. poor mangaka had to deal with that
