If there is a battle between luffy and zoro, who do you think will move fast?
More like, who do you think will attack first by taking the initiation?

Both have good instincts.........And, Zoro is always aware about his environment, and, that is why he often gets lost......And, as far as speed is concerned, I don't know, because Luffy is quite fast in Gear 2, but, Zoro is as fast as a Merman under-water, so, he must also be incredibly fast when he is on top............
