Who are Your Favorite Anime Villains?

The best villains are those that make you love to hate them. Johan Liebert from Monster is one of my all time favorite anime villains. He is a clever and ruthlessly arrogant person. Though it's so fascinating to see the way he runs around manipulating people and grabbing whatever he wants through his charm.

Kind of hard to pick one, but I do enjoy Dio from Jojo anime.
