Who are the most underrated anime characters?

i would say one too many.
but mostly i will go with tanya the evil here. she is so small and cute and people would never expect much harm from her

I forgot all about her and you are right.
She is a little girl but she got too much destructive power of her own. Everyone underestimates her at first.

and she is a cool person and is trying her way to survive in the cruel world lol
