You can kill people with it, ya know.. (??? ) It's a pretty nifty tool.

I think the Death Note user would win if he has the Shinigami eyes. If he doesn't, then the Geass user would be more powerful

Yea, I guess............Shinigami eyes are add-on.........So, I guess you can include them...........
 
death Note is powerful but imagine the things you can make ppl do with geass...........
So I'll go with geass
