I believe that would be around 2000s.
The time when they started airing anime like Naruto, One piece etc. What do you guys think?
 
i am not sure at all
i think there is no such decade as far as i know everything progressed a lot recently.
 
It depends on the popularity too man.
One would think One piece is better than anything else and that matters to from when it got aired.
 
I'll be honest, i don't think i've delved enough into anime to have an opinion! But i'll keep an eye on what you're saying and check anything out
