Which anime studio needs to make a come back at this point?

Do you have any idea with respect which anime studio needs to make a comeback at this point?
I wish Kyouani to make a comeback. what about you guys?

If by comeback you mean start making anime after a long break or try to make good anime after a string of mediocre ones?

KyoAni has been making one hit after another and then last year 36 people were killed(burnt to death) and 34 people were injured by an arsonist. They are making Kobayashi's Maid Dragon Season 2, it's coming in 2021.

there are many studios like that
not many anime studios are popular now and i would like to see that getting changed.
