I read it at night but it's not any specific type..I just read mangas at night and watch anime when my kids take their daily nap

may be you could switch them. reading manga at morning wouldn't stain your eyes too much and you can watch anime at night.
you wouldn't watch too many episodes and it would protect your eyes
