What's the least time it took you to know you wouldn't like an anime?

For me that would be 3 minutes or so for Devilman crybaby.
What about you all? What's the least time it took you to understand the anime?

probably 5 minutes lol
and usually i don't spend that much time in watching an anime which is not cool

I would say the first 10 minutes.
If it's not enough to pull you in, I am sure you wouldn't like the anime going forward.
