Luffy is in a pinch now.

Well, he will have to protect usopp from the whole country(may be he will leave it to sabo and other straw hats) and he will have to take down donflamingo. After all, until now, no one stood in his path in taking down a powerful opponent all by himself.
So, considering the facts that pica is still with donflamingo....this situation might rise some probability to an outcome where luffy and zoro joins their forces to take down pica and donflamingo combo.
But knowing luffy, I wouldn't surprised if challenges pica and mingo all by himself.
