It depends on that anime and your opinion on that anime. I have seen anime that got too many such theories, statements from other fans, but I don't consider them as such

Well, in my opinion I believe it should be The Seven Deadly Sins and Dragon Ball Super. They are really very confusing for me to the extent of not being able to finish it.
