What is your reaction when an anime character changes the voice-actor?

I don't really care about it all that much and it doesn't affect me in the slightest.
What about you guys? Do you care a lot about it?

I don't particularly care.
Only if the voice changes from hoarse to very soft, I might not like it

Long as they match the same vibe I don't care, though I hear its split of late on Franky's VA change in one piece.

Eh I don't usually like it, unless the new voice actor is decent. For example I stopped watching the Pokemon anime once 4 Kids no longer owned the rights to the series and they had to hire new voice actors. Ash sounded weird and I couldn't get into the anime anymore because of it.

When the producers of Excel Saga (English crew) forced the original VA of Excel to retire because they refused to allow her to rest her voice, I was super upset and completely lost interest in the series. It's taken me over a decade to come back to the series and watch it. Now that I'm a bit older, I've found they actually did a pretty good job finding a replacement, however, in my opinion, they shouldn't have pushed the original voice actress so hard that caused her to damage her voice. That's totally disrespectful, it feels cringey.
