What is your opinion about Monkey D Dragon?

I don't think,he got much screen time.As far as I know,he is decent enough and he looks after the people,wen they need him the most.

Even though he is the father of Monkey D Luffy,I don't think they share a "normal family" relationship. Also,then there is the issue with Kuma.Even though he got separated from the Dragon's crew,he respects him the most.Monkey D Dragon is also powerful and he rescued Luffy,when luffy was powerless.
So,considering all these facts,we can't possibly conclude that Monkey D Dragon is a bad person.
This is just my opinion.What about you guys? What is your opinion about Monkey D Dragon?

A person not on the side of the government, need not be morally 'bad'...............We have many examples for this case................So, I guess, he might have found something ugly about the world government, and, maybe that is why he started a revolution................But, I don't know........He made an appearance in only 4-5 episodes............

My opinion? Nothing, neither the manga or anime has shown anything on him to know what to say or think. I imagine Oda will dedicate a whole arc to him sometime in the future.

He is the father of our Luffy + D + The head to revolutionary army...

I don't expect him to be an idiot at least..
But i do think he has some decent sense of humor..(must be there in the lineage.. )

Could be a total badass...

well... he is a Badass ...thats for sure.... and i guess he'd be a bit more violent in dealing with people.. and also im shocked that he actually cares about Luffy .. and helped him.. so.. it can be said that he's not all stone hearted.. and surely is different from luffy that he doesnt enjoy life (carefree) and his freedom of roaming the seas ..

Well, he is been sleeping for some time now.
If he doesn't wake up even now, I wonder what will happen to the world, as things are moving fast...starting with the straw-hat alliance
