What is yaoi and yuri?

I don't know much about these genres and there are other people just like me. So, why don't we add a thread at the top which signifies what's it about?
I am not asking you to make this a sticky thread or whatever you call it but please give that information somewhere noticeable in this section.

 but on a serous note

 Yuri mean Girl on Girl
 and Yaoi mean Boy on Boy

I did but it could be better by stating everything rather than using abbrevations
 
wah... was I not clear enough about the definition :lost:

 you just broke my heart !! now I need to find some adhesive to brink it back together :going:

 I've lost count of how many times I have used fevicol now

Try using feviquick in that case.
But hey, why is your heart broken?

well an man's heart is as hard as rock but it is as sensitive as think fine glass at the same time .... bw bw bwhahahahahahahahaha lol

but sadly you don't even know why my heart is broken this further breaks my heart into smaller pieces.. man its gonna take some time to collect those piece now ...
