What is more compelling to you: A character overcoming physical or mental hurdles?

I can't really decide.
It's really something to watch people overcome their hurdles for me. What about you guys?
 
I'd say mental hurdles, as they'd likely be more relevant to what people experience in real life, and I often find that kind of thing more interesting.

that's cool lol
and you see the physical hurdles all the time and i am sure it's not easy but it's very prevalent lol
