What if ace comes back to life?

let's just say he faked his death and came back to luffy's life, do you think he will be a competitor for one piece treasure?

To the topic point, if he came back he would carry of the legacy of his fathers and rebuild the WB pirates into his own and snuff out BB.

By that logic every death in every anime ever is a sacrificial pawn. Deaths are few and far in One Piece and that was a glorious one.
