What do you think should be the most popular anime?

That second half of Death Note when Near and Mellow shows up is pretty bad. Like... if they ended the series like how the two part movie did, I'd have been more satisfied.

I'm hoping the currently airing God of Tower becomes super popular.
 
Tbh I’ve also never been a fan of people treating anime like a singular genre or whatever where there should be universally liked series. It covers every genre under the sun, so I don’t see why there has to be that one show that basically everyone has to like.

Also I’ve never been too fond of “everyone has to like _” in any hobby/fandom since I’ve seen it lead to gatekeeping too many times for it to be of any good.

I agree with this...in my opinion not everyone likes the same things anyway and if they did it would make life pretty dull
 
Don't understand the question. If you are asking what's the most popular anime out there it's Dragon Ball or Pokemon and everything else is a distant third. I don't think Death Note is even in the top 5 and barely in the top 10.
What should be the most popular is subjective but I'm good with Dragon Ball taking the cake.
 
I don't think I would want to change any numbers man.
Many anime users made those decisions for us already.
