What are the ingredients you always put when you make sandwiches? Do you add pepper, herbs etc.? Do you prefer grilled or toast bread or regular bread?

i think i might come across crazy but lately i add insane amount of pickles, tomatoes with pepper
and a garlic dip. i know crazy lol. and i prefer regular bread.
