What do you do if an anime gets spoilt mid way through you watching it?

It's happened to me once, and i just stopped watching it. Though i do plan to watch again and just wait till it happens

I'd just keep at it, I guess maybe there is the odd instance where everything is riding on that twist but I've never felt the desire to drop something from being spoiled.

and i think it's because it's just that popular lol and anime is well known for having cool anime like death note
