What do you consider as taboo even in anime?

for me, it's trying to use someone as meat shield for themselves or for their loved ones, by deceiving the poor girl/guy.
what do you think?

i don't like such cruel characters in anime lol
and lately i have been reading cruel novels and i can't help thinking that even in anime, we find such canon-fodder character.
