What could make a dubbed version qualified to be one of the best, for you?

Voice acting and translation plays a major role when it comes to dubbed versions.
So, as long as the translation is reasonable, I don't really look down on any of the dubbed versions in anime. What about you?

As long as they don't recruit people just for the numbers and they can cover the anime inner feelings, it could make a great dubbed version.
I haven't been watching dubbed anime but I used to watch them a lot
