What are some shows that raised your standards for other anime?

so are there any shows like that?
for me it's naruto and when i first saw it, i was totally hooked and i wanted to see anime like that more and more.

There aren't any anime like that.
After watching the main Shonen anime, I haven't thought much of other anime to be honest. Like after watching Naruto and One piece, I did expect decent battles from other anime(for a little while)

and watching the top layer of the cake makes everything else looks bland, unless it's got something unique going for it.
