What anime series have the best fashion design and character styles?

for me that would be any samurai anime lol
they are really cool and what about you all? is there any such anime for you?
 
I don't really think that samurai animé have great fashion designs. Their costume looks too old for my liking, so it's definitely not samurai anime.
