Were there times, where anime helped you make it through tough times?

It didn't happen to me as of yet.
I haven't been able to see any such instance where I get influenced by anime. Is it the same for you as well?
 
this is so strange
and to think i used to have one of those anime are cool to share. i think i have an anime like the star. ai no kusabi
 
There are no such instances for it.
It doesn't matter much and I only care about what should be done than drowning my sorrows in anything else
