Weakest anime character

I googled for this info as well.
According to ranker, mr.satan from dragon ball is the weakest character. I don't know much about him but I wonder just how many times, people had to save him from getting himself killed.

all the people who are powerless like civilians in anime are weak characters.
they are there to fill their roles.

Your question is a bit vague. Weak in what manner? Like overall fighters for one series or just anyone in general from any series?

Which despite either option, mr.satan wouldn't be the weakest person.

I don't like the labels man.
They aren't meant for characters but skill and power isn't the same for all the characters man.
