Watching anime as kids or teens

I never actually did a research but who cares. I do believe that a series we like as kids or teens will last for the rest of our life, i mean.. you'll like them for the rest of your life

Easiest example, myself. As a kid and teen i like DB and Saint Seiya a lot, even now when my taste already shift from my younger days i still like them. I think.. it's not nostalgia, because i define nostalgia as watching the old series on their old episodes (DB and SS certainly have new episodes), this is something more like 'this is the series i grow up' thingy

I don't know how i should properly put this.. maybe more like something that define you, or the taste that give color in my youth, or.. just define it yourself haha..

Idk, maybe I’m weird, but I don’t really care for a bunch of the stuff I was into as a teen. I don’t hate anything I was into then, but more like I was into the surface level, or entry level things, and they got me into the deeper stuff.

Well.. it was that our youth periods are our time to explore and discover, as we get matured we'll dig more into something we interested

For instance, my all-time most favorite anime and manga series from over 25 years ago is Sailor Moon, which I tend to binge watch or binge read over and over again. But then again, I have heavy OCD and Asperger’s, thence for me, a new series especially for all things entertainment, I have a harder time falling in love with it myself.

i agree too
it will make a good impression on you and you can't forget what that feels like for the rest of your life.
