Watch the whole thing or skip some episodes?

If someone wanted to start watching the entire One Piece anime series, and asked you whether they should watch the whole thing or skip some episodes, would you recommend him/her which episodes to skip?

OP is pretty big, meaning there is some bad filler to it that I would recommend people to skip.

I'd ask them to skip all the fillers, except the G10 arc, and I'd also ask them to watch the initial and final episodes of Skypiaea arc, and skip the 25 or so episodes in the middle.

Fillers aren't part of Oda's work, so, it's not 'disrespectful', and it's also not disrespectful, in my opinion, if you skip a 'bad' arc....
