Usopp's comeback

Do you think, usopp will stand up again to protect himself against the whole country?
He is in pretty bad shape and I doubt he will fight a decent fight but still, he need a comeback as he is part of SH's.
What do you guys think?

Well, I don't want tontattas to undergo even more hardships because of him.
He just kept running even after knowing that these little people might die fighting against that sticky guy(I don't remember his name).

after that, the only moment i remember is him burning the world government flag...
