Up-gradation of video gaming equipment.

So, do you have any sort of time period between up-grading the gaming equipment?
Or do you go with "I kinda up-grade it when I feel like it" theory?

You are talking about PC.............You need to upgrade your PC once in a while.............But, as far as gaming consoles are concerned, a new one is released once in 7-8 years, and you don't need any up-gradation............And, mainstream gaming runs only because of console gaming..........

I see. I am not a gamer :(
I have seen some people asking for a change of processor just for the sake of gaming...so......

PC gaming is costly...........You need to upgrade it once in 3 years..........
 
PC Gaming is very expensive. You should upgrade every couple of years. Anywise the cost will start to add up! Gaming equipment can last you a long time, so this a good way to do it.
 
I upgrade when I feel like it, I only get the next console when my current one breaks or if the next version is at a really good price.
