Tsundure characters

For some reason, I find them annoying a bit. May be it had something to do with my gender as well.
I like strong characters when compared to tsundure characters.
What about you?
 
There's I guess a line between cute or charming, and annoying.
For me, Makise Kurisu from Steins Gate was sort of cute, whereas Asuka from Neon Genesis Evangelion was annoying.
But, I remember both because they weren't just Tsundere's and they were something beyond that. Though, Asuka is probably the one who popularised the Tsundere trope.
 
I don't really have an opinion on this, but i do like tsundere's also the shy one, i forget what the "Dere" name is for it haha

Well I never found any tsundure character as cute and that must be the reason why I find them annoying.
I watched Stein's gate too by the way.
 
It seems to be a special trope that will never go away, though I have seen a few animes where they are used good (like future dairies) and others where they are not so well used.

I get that. Totally. It's sort of an archaic trope that must go away, but, I can't deny that I liked some Tsundere characters. Another tsundere I like is Yukinoshita Yukino from My Teen Romantic Comedy SNAFU.

Gasai Yuno from Future Diary is a Yandere, actually. Someone who's obsessed with the one they love, and will kill or go crazy on anyone who harms the one they love even remotely.

I see. Never heard of the other anime and the name...I don't think I will be watching it.
When will you start watching the Devilman crybaby anime?

Probably today. I'm really, really busy tomorrow, but I'm free today, so I'll probably watch 5. So, we are good to post the first thread this Saturday/Sunday right?

I hope I could find time to watch those 5 episodes.

I get that. I was barely able to watch anything before 8th, for like 25 days.

i read my daily dose of my manga without fail. i don't get how people says they didn't have time at all to watch or read something, that they want

12 hours gone for Uni(including 4 hours travelling), 4-5 hours of studying and 5 hours of sleep. Rest, for other stuff.
And, I said barely, meaning, 1 episode a day.

will you really study 4-5 hours a day? you could watch something during journey or whole taking a break. you can't possible study continuously

i commute by train and i like watching during that time. i don't read that many hours even during exams that's why my grades were bad

I don't like watching stuff in my phone cuz the visuals and sound won't be proper.

buy a bigger phone or a tablet. they are not expensive and you could watch really good things and don't have to worry about the time

Yeah, I'm planning to buy a new one since mine got old, but I prefer a big screen with good sound, especially for an anime with a good production. And, the ones I choose to watch mostly have a good production. So it's a waste to watch it in a phone, at least for me.
Plus, I really like talking to my buddies, and take some break from watching anime.

No, I don't really go to a lot of social gatherings or meets but I can't remain alone, it sort of unhinges me.
