Trying a new genre

have you ever tried a completely different genre to the ones you usually watch? And enjoyed it

I love Horror ad Psychological animes but i've recently started watching Slice of Life and romance animes. I'm weirdly really enjoying it!

I've watched masamune kuns revenge and Plastic Memories. I'm going to have to watch more!

i have tried all the genres myself and unless the story is good, it's hard to like an anime from other genres.
 
Of course, i used to only enjoy action but now i also like horror, psychological, slice of life, romance, drama, cooking and historical genre

but psychological and slice of life are so vast lol and i feel so strange to hear you both say it.

I'm just very open on what i watch and also listen to haha. I'll give anything a go and secretly enjoy it

and what are the genres you dislike so far? i bet you wouldn't like any bl and gl genres.

shonen ai and shojo ai
no one likes them here except me and rinko. if you try reading seven days manga, you will understand gem.

i recommend watching gem. i wouldn't prefer to read when we already have an anime adaptation.

It was just whilst i had this app with all the manga on. I wanted to give it a go

then you might lose complete interest in it and bleach anime got a lot of good comedy.
