how many of you wanted to see him again?
i know he just wants to destroy that factory and all but even after that he is still helping straw hats
and if two emperors truly join hands it would be a disaster,
 
i don't remember and i am still catching up with latest episodes
and i am trying the hardest to remember everything but it's hard.
 
The alliance between him and Luffy was to defeat Kaido so him coming back was inevitable. They destroyed the factory at Punk Hazard and Doffy's empire so as to hit Kaido's economy because they were closely connected to him.

thank you so much and i thought, him making ceasar into a hostage would be good enough.
