It's subjective and of course it depends on the individual as well.
As for me:
1. Comedy genre(Gag anime to be honest)
2. Harem 
3. Reverse Harem
What about you guys?
 
Harem and reverse harem are basically the same thing so maybe include something else.

Mine would be: Harem, fantasy anime based on light novels, shoujo. Mecha as well maybe.

are you forgetting that isekai is a fantasy themed sub genre?

I thought I was being specific, not fantasy as a hole but fantasy based on some convoluted light novels that have all kinds of cliched writing, characters, world building and plot development.

Some of my favourite anime are fantasy.

There are many people
They believe all the anime fans are hentai fans. It used to annoy me a lot but I don't bother about them anymore
 
I really want to kill those guys
They don't know the first thing about anime, to make statements like that
