It's an old manga with a very old art style.
It shows two boys and the way they take on the life just the way it is. You will find malicious nature in them but that's the way people are in this world.
It's a long manga but it's worth the read. Their encounter is rather mysterious and mineo is a cruel guy but with an interesting character.
