Thinking of loved ones...when you are sick...

I know that we all do this...but is there a way, to not to do it?
Sometimes it is better to stay strong and try to get through the illness by yourself.
Anyone tried anything to stop thinking about them?

I want to stop thinking about my mom, when I am sick.
I am getting sick very often these days. I don't want to trouble her ...
 
When I’m sick I spend most of the time sleeping 
So no I don’t think about anyone ( including my mom)
 
i keep myself active and keep my brain active when something like this pops up

I don't want a reply to that. I just wish you would change some stuff about yourself instead of being the same version of you in the past.

I tried!
I always try and I do try to stick with some things but I can't help my thoughts ya know.
I don't act on them though....well...not anymore

I do get it. I will be moving out next week. Time to get a place to call it my own.
 


Probably the pain and I am not a heavy sleeper at all.
Well, right now... am stressed about various things....that might be the factor too x(
